My stay at Harbortown Point was a mix of highs and lows. On one hand, the unique architecture and friendly staff were great, and I loved the nearby citrus farms. On the flip side, the parking situation was a hassle and I felt that the service could be more responsive.
The room was decent but lacked some basic supplies like batteries for the remote, which took multiple requests to get. Not ideal.
While the staff was friendly, I found the service to be a bit slow, especially for simple requests. I was left waiting for fresh towels longer than I expected.
The location is beautiful and near Channel Islands National Park, making it easy to explore the area. It's a nice spot despite the tricky parking situation.
The on-site restaurant was surprisingly good, with tasty meals and a friendly atmosphere. I enjoyed my dining experience there.
The resort has some unique features thanks to its Frank Lloyd Wright design, but I felt it could use more amenities.

My stay at Harbortown Point had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, especially for boaters, but the room I got lacked natural light, which made it feel a bit gloomy. I appreciated the well-maintained facilities and the proximity to the harbor, but I missed having a room with a view, as the noise from the boatyard was a downside for me.
The room was a bit crowded with furniture and unfortunately dark, as I didn't get one of the ocean view units. The beds were okay, but the couch was quite uncomfortable.
Check-in was a bit late at 4pm, and while most of the staff weren't overly friendly, there was one lady who was kind enough to change my room for a better view.
The resort's location is perfect for those who enjoy boating or kayaking. It's also in a great spot for walking to Harbor Village, which I enjoyed almost every day.
Dining options nearby were convenient, although I didn't indulge much. I did see opportunities for local fish and chips, which sounded delicious.
The resort is small but very well maintained. The amenities were well-stocked, which I appreciated, especially for longer stays.

I loved the location of Harbortown Point. it's close to so many recreational areas and the harbor. However, my room was quite dark, which made my stay less enjoyable. The furniture felt cramped, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable, which impacted my relaxation time after a day of exploring.
The room was dark and cramped with too much furniture. The couch was uncomfortable, and I faced noise issues from the boatyard.
The service at the office was a mixed bag. there were friendly staff members, but overall, the staff wasn't very welcoming.
The resort's location is fantastic. it's in a vibrant area near beaches and activities, making it perfect for exploration.
Dining options were not specifically highlighted, but everything I needed was supplied in the unit.
The facilities were decent, but the TV options were very limited. I wished for better channel selections and stronger Wi-Fi.

My stay at Harbortown Point was overall pleasant but had its drawbacks. While I enjoyed the spacious room and relaxing atmosphere, the obstructed views and limited dining options were a bit disappointing. It was a good location for my needs, but the check-in process felt a bit rigid.
The room was spacious and included a large kitchenette, which was perfect for preparing meals during my stay. I particularly appreciated the lock-off bedroom, even though I didn't use it since I was alone.
Check-in was straightforward, but I found the office staff somewhat unfriendly overall, with a couple of exceptions. It was nice that one staff member changed my room for a better view, though.
The resort is well-located for easy access to nearby attractions, but I was disappointed to find the ocean views blocked by a large barge. Still, the side views were nice if you ventured a bit away from the resort.
While there were options for dining, such as a cheese and wine night on Tuesdays, I felt the choices were somewhat limited, especially for meals outside those events.
The facilities were clean and well-maintained, enhancing the relaxed vibe of the resort. However, I felt there could be more activities on-site to keep guests engaged.

My stay at Harbortown Point was quite enjoyable, with the location near restaurants and easy freeway access being a big plus. The staff was friendly, and the room was spacious, though the layout of the one-bedroom unit felt a bit off. While the DVD players need replacing, I still found it to be a relaxing getaway overall! 😌
The room was spacious, but the one-bedroom unit's lock-off configuration didn't flow well.
I found the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The resort's location is great, with easy access to restaurants and the freeway.
I didn't participate in the cheese and wine night, but it's a lovely offering.
Facilities were well-maintained, though the DVD players had scratchy sound.
